Ülemiste Perekliinik will continue under the name SL Tervisekeskus OÜ from 1 September 2026
From 1 September 2026, general medical care and other healthcare services at the address of Ülemiste Perekliinik will be provided by SL Tervisekeskus OÜ (registry code 17473441) instead of Perekliinik OÜ. The change is based on a division of the company.
Patients do not need to do anything. This is only a legal change — the content of the services, the location, the staff and the appointment times all remain the same.
WHAT STAYS THE SAME
- Your family doctor and family nurses will not change. You remain on the same patient list as you are on now.
- There is no need to register again or to submit an application to stay on the patient list.
- Appointment times, services and the place of reception remain the same.
- Your health record, digital health record and medical documents will be preserved and will transfer to the new service provider automatically.
- Valid referrals, digital prescriptions and booked appointments remain valid.
- The reception phone number stays the same: +372 613 8887.
- ePerearstikeskus continues in the same form — logging in and your existing data will not change.
WHAT CHANGES
- Name of the service provider: from 01.09.2026, invoices, certificates and documents will show SL Tervisekeskus OÜ, registry code 17473441.
- Website: from 01.09.2026 it will be www.sltervis.ee.
- Data controller: from 01.09.2026, the controller of your health data will be SL Tervisekeskus OÜ. Data will be processed on the same legal basis and following the same procedure as before; your rights regarding your data remain unchanged.
